I don't need you to impress me with a perfect life or the biggest goals in the room. I want to meet the man behind the ambitions. The one who's built things, learned things, loved people, carried responsibility—and knows there is still so much life ahead of him.

Tell me what you're proud of. Tell me what excites the hell out of you. Tell me about the people who matter, the values you want to live by, and why 2027 feels like the year to go all in.

I'm inviting a maximum of five men into a year of deeply personal high-performance coaching. I want to know what a greater life means to YOU, then help you do the work of building it.

I've spent more than 16 years helping people change their bodies, habits and lives. I love watching a man take ownership of what's possible for him. And I know how much courage it sometimes takes to say, out loud, what you really want.

We begin preparing in December 2026. RISE runs 1 January–31 December 2027. Expect daily deliberate action, weekly written accountability and scheduled private coaching throughout the year.

Take your time, my dude. I want to understand where you're starting, what kind of life you're excited to build, and the man you want to become while you're building it. There aren't any model answers. The best ones are honest and thoughtful.

After the questions, you'll record or link a simple 2–4 minute video. I personally review both parts of each application.

Your application is personal. I treat it that way. I'll personally review your answers and recording. They're for my eyes only in the application process, and I won't share them with my team or use them publicly without your permission.

Share only what you feel comfortable including at this stage. Uploaded recordings use unlisted links, meaning anyone who has the link could view them. Please keep your link private and avoid sharing highly sensitive information.
